Whilst the retreat is accessible for everyone, some of the excursions might prove to be a challenge if you have any mobility issues. Walking around the Valley of the Kings could be problematic if you have mobility issues. Having said that, I often need the aid of a walking stick myself and I find that I can manage this rough terrain. Please be mindful of your own abilities. It's possible to opt out of any excursions that could prove difficult for you and other arrangements will be made for you to ensure you have a quality experience.

Every effort will be made to minimize our environmental footprint, however, be aware that Egypt is not particularly geared up for environmentally conscious tourism and as such it's difficult to ensure minimal environmental impact in the country.
