Our luxury venue is set on the lush and unspoilt East Coast of Bali. All classes are suitable for beginners or the more practised yogi and will be taught by experienced and friendly teachers. Morning sessions start with a lovely pranayama and include a variety of yoga styles, Vinyasa flow, Zen and Somatic. The afternoon sessions will be an interesting mix of Yin, Myofascial Release, Face yoga and Meditation along with some yoga philosophy and Aerial yoga.
What is included, Accommodation for 10 nights, Daily Yoga Practice & Meditation, 3 Workshops, Breakfasts, Welcome and Farewell Dinner and Ubud Day Trip with Balinese Lunch. There will be plenty of down time to relax and enjoy this stunning location.
The resort rooms and the reception area are accessible but the toilets are not wheelchair friendly...but the venue is doing their best to address this as soon as possible.
