This Yoga Teacher Training course will provide you with a firm foundation and be the springboard into your yoga teaching career. An overview of the training includes Asana, Pranayama, Meditation, Anatomy , Physiology, Biomechanics, History of Yoga, Mantras, Mudras, Yoga Nidra, Philosophy of Yoga, Ethics, Teaching Methodology, Professional Development, Practicum (Practice teaching). You will also cover Yoga Nidra in depth and be proficient in constructing and delivering this powerful yogic practice.
On successful graduation of this course, you will attain a 200-hour Diploma in Teaching Yoga from Inessentia, and be eligible for entry to the International Yoga Alliance RT200 and the nationally recognised Yoga Alliance Professionals.
