Description

Hold Wellbeing is a retreat company dedicated to educating and empowering women in all aspects of mental, physical and hormonal health. You do not have to have any diagnosis to come to our retreats, if you just fancy a relaxing week away you're more than welcome!
We host talks from numerous specialists in many areas of women's health, including menopause specialists, endometriosis surgeons, nutritionists, hormone experts, pain management specialists and life coaches, as well as providing daily movement and strength sessions.
Hold Wellbeing is the best value for money retreat available, it is a 4 night luxury stay, with a complimentary treatment and all food, activities and talks included

Accessibility

All rooms are on the ground floor. There are stairs to the main lounge and help is on hand if you need help

Eco Practices

We source the majority of our food from organis, grassfed meat suppliers, and organic fruit and veg suppliers while also foraging for as much as we can
