Join us for an all-inclusive 7 night escape, in stunning coastal Portugal! Discover the ocean's magic and let our Wild & Free Yoga ignite your soul and calm your mind. An unforgettable adventure combined with surfing, yoga and sound, we invite you to live the adventure that life is!

Each morning, we will awaken the mind, body and soul with an energising Hatha or Vinyasa flow, before hitting the waves for some surfing and ocean therapy! Some evenings we will explore the meditative and deeply restorative practice of Yin to heal the body and mind, leaving you in a blissful state ready for the following day.

In your free time explore this beautiful area and Portuguese culture, from local cuisine, wind tours, go on a local hike or chill with a book by the pool at the villa!

Eco Practices

Living planet positive, we strive to be as eco, earth and ocean friendly.
ECO VENUES: We choose our venues very carefully, only committing to venues that run on green energy and invest into their own sustainable practices. During retreats we will keep our transfers down to a minimum. The amazing benefit is that where you stay is where you play.
CHEFS and FOOD: We love our chefs and the incredible dishes they serve on our adventures. Each of our chefs is specialised in an element of nutrition that is kind to the planet and our bodies. Locally sourced food.
PARTNERSHIPS: At every adventure destination we choose to work with local businesses and a local team. Check out our website for more details of who we partner with.

Directions and Travel

We are just a 40mins drive from Lisbon and the airport. As well as 20 mins from Ericeira, a local traditional Portuguese fishing village with a history dating all the way back to the 12th century. It has plenty of restaurants, shops and cafes and is full of charm. A little further is the beautiful Portuguese town of Sintra, well worth a visit on your day off, to soak up the local culture, visit historic castles and more! ​ So you would flu into Lisbon - flights are not included. We will then offer a transfer on recommended flights to and from the airport. Arrive on Saturday and leave on Saturday.
