All pilates levels are welcome. In between Pilates sessions in a converted barn, there will be time to take country walks, play table tennis, indulge in an infra-red sauna, lounge in the cinema barn watching a film with friends, have drinks in one of the local pubs (just 2 miles away) or simply refresh with a quiet read in your unique, stylish accommodation, including barns, farmhouse/oast cottage & shepherd's huts.
Our retreat chef is Dee who trained in French cuisine, but also specialises in Thai food. We'll be treated to some sweet delicacies, breakfasts, a lunch and a dinner over the weekend. At an extra fee, osteopathy, remedial massage, scar release, western acupuncture, is available in the treatment room.
Come treat yourself, take a true break from daily life!
