The mother wound, an inherited pain passed down through generations, is a key part of this dynamic. Healing the mother wound isn't about fixing our mothers; it's about embracing ourselves and our unique gifts without shame.

Group experiential work

Systemic constellations or family systems therapy, is a therapeutic approach based on the belief that family dynamics and family systems significantly influence our behaviour, emotions, and relationships.

In a family constellations session, the facilitator then helps you uncover hidden dynamics and unresolved issues within your family system by setting up a physical representation of key family members using other participants as "representatives." It is powerful work and can bring real aha moments.

Healing the mother line often involves navigating childhood wounds from trauma or dysfunctional family dynamics. An inner child workshop offers a safe space for this journey. We provide a healthy vegan meal of the evening prepared by a local chef. Lunch includes a warm soup with breads to prepare you for the evening sessions and breakfast of grains, cereals, breads, fruits, spreads, yoghurts and juices is available for you as you wake in the morning.
