Cookery holiday in the magical Castel Campo Trentino

Five days of cooking with Henry and Laura of Favorita, interspersed with explorations of the local area with Sofia and Marina of Castel Campo. Each day we will have a 2 hour cookery class at the farmhouse surrounded by the breathtaking Dolomites. You will learn to cook a mixture of Italian dishes, both based on the local area and from other regions of Italy. The produce available in this part of Italy is truly wonderful and we feel very honoured to be able to cook with it. In the evenings we will sit in the magical castle courtyard and eat a delicious meal prepared by Neri, we will then retire to the garden and sit around the fire together to discuss our day. It is truly very beautiful, our last retreat was a great success, friendships still ongoing from people from all over the globe.
