Favorita are back for another seven day cookery retreat at Las Chimeneas in the Alpujarras, Spain featured in The Times "25 of the world's tastiest autumn food experiences"
The week will comprise of four hands on cookery classes, a cookery demo and an afternoon of sherry tasting. We will also be going on walks in the Sierra and visiting local producers as well as a day out in Granada, sampling foods in the San Augustin mercado. Henry formerly head chef at the famous Moro restaurant in London has extensive knowledge of Moorish/Andalusian food and using the local seasonal produce will be creating some mouth watering dishes with you. This is our fourth retreat at Las Chimeneas and the connection and friendships that we have made on these retreats are still ongoing with many people signing up for other holidays with us.
