Take the space and time to be guided through a range of activities and tools drawn from coaching, reflective practice & stress management, designed to help you understand more about who you really are and how you can be at your best. Leave with an increased sense of wellbeing & balance, a bespoke action plan & 2 follow up calls to help embed learning. All facilitated by a highly experienced coach & learning facilitator.
Please get in touch to be allocated an accessible bedroom. All activities are accessible to wheelchair users. Indoor activity room on 1st floor accessible by lift. Most of the grounds are also wheelchair accessible - although not all.
