Who Is This For?

Beautiful private double room

You will be staying in a traditional Pembrokeshire cottage within the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park. The cottage is 10 minutes walk away from a stunning beach.
You will stay in your own private, beautiful decorated double bedroom. You also have your own separate bathroom/shower room to use during your stay. You have access to the whole house and garden.

Delicious, healthy meals - full board

All meals are planned and home-cooked after the initial consultation and coaching session once I have an understanding of your dietary requirements and tastes.
Much of the produce used is homegrown and/or locally sourced.

Opening Times and Prices

Retreats are available all throughout the year. They can be arranged on weekdays or weekends to suit your needs. Your stay can be extended for an additional cost and you are very welcome to be joined by someone else after your retreat has finished if you wish to stay for a holiday. Please contact me to discuss dates and availability.
