Each house has it's own free parking. House on the Brooks and The Mill House are single story and low threshold Disability access. The Timber Barn has an internal staircase with low threshold and ramp to ground floor where there are two bedrooms. There is a disused branch line running through the farm, adjacent to The Timber Barn, Tree Tops and The Mill House and has been used by robust wheelchairs for countryside access. Large ex-railway bridging timbers, reclaimed tiles, Oriental and classic furnishings. We plant trees, guard our very rare dragonfly habitat. Look after our notable plants, and love our fungi. The Sea Eagle had chicks less than a mile away, first time for 230 years in England. Ornithology heaven. Our ethos is to re-cycle from the build stage to the clearing of the event/party and aim to run our commune as carbon neutral. Our commitment to the earth can be felt. Seasonal rates for exclusive use with weekly, weekend and mid-week rates. Two day midweek Off season September-April from £29 per bed night. Open 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. The price we quote is for entire house and own garden or rent more than one. Additional space by arrangement, yurts, tents, day-guests. Ask for prices for hot tubs, paddle-boards, canoes, wood for fire pits. Classic Airstream caravan and Bothys can be hired to add to the main houses, often used at retreats by your staff or therapists. The house price is for a self-catering let. Catering can be arranged.
