Welcome to Kerala, where Ayurveda originated. We are delighted to offer you the ultimate relaxing and rejuvenating authentic Ayurveda retreat experience.
Step away from ordinary everyday life for a while and immerse yourself in the ancient holistic healing art of Ayurveda. We are here to support and nourish you in whatever way you need. You will have an Ayurvedic doctors consultation daily Ayurvedic treatments, Ayurvedic herbs, therapeutic Yoga, food is traditional, Ayurvedic and Keralan (delicious!). You are very welcome to rest and restore as much as you need. We will also ensure that you enjoy local culture and get the absolute most from your stay with us. Day one will be just for arriving. We then have ten full days together before departing on day twelve.
Rooms are ground level for those with restricted mobility. The yoga space is also ground level.
All food is local sourced, freshly prepared and seasonal.
We recycle and reuse as much as possible.
We employ local people in the community here, including chefs, ayurveda therapists and venue hosts as well as drivers.
We support local women's co-operatives by visiting their projects and raising awareness of their organisation.
