Called The Sleep Awakening, this exciting and much needed workshop is being held May 17-23, 2018 at the breathtakingly beautiful COMO Shambhala Estate in Ubud Bali.

During this workshop you will discover everything from how your environment is playing a role in your sleep, to how the foods you eat play a major role, how your work life balance is affecting your sleep, to the tools and techniques you need to have a great night sleep including meditation and relaxation techniques, mindfulness, complimentary therapy options such as herbal medicine and aromatherapy, cognitive behaviour therapy for insomnia (CBTi) and the very best of NLP (neuro linguistic programming).
Tristian KellyYour host Tristian Kelly is a former chronic insomniac and fully qualified naturopath and nutritionist with a psychology degree from Sydney University.
Prior to becoming a natural sleep specialist, Tristian was an award winning advertising creative, whose life was falling apart because of her inability to sleep.
After trialling everything on the market, not to mention, 150 thousand dollars later, to find a cure for her insomnia, with little or no luck, Tristian took matters into her own hands and retrained to learn everything there was to know about natural ways to master sleep.
Tristian is now not only a great sleeper; it’s become her life mission to help other people struggling with this debilitating condition.

 

One of the worst aspects of living with insomnia was the inability to talk about it, for fear of boring or annoying people. That’s why this workshop is also so beneficial as you will be with an intimate group of people where you can safely share and discuss how insomnia is affecting your day to day life and understand that you are not alone.
