Vouchers can only be used against retreats, workshops or accommodations marked as eligible with a Gift Voucher icon. They will be clearly marked on the retreat or event page. If there is no Gift Voucher icon displayed on the retreat providers’ page then vouchers cannot be used against this retreat.
It is your responsibility, or that of person gifted The Retreat Company Voucher to ensure that the retreat provider that you book with has been given your unique voucher code, your name and the amount to be redeemed. Please make the retreat provider aware of this at the time of booking. Without the voucher code details the retreat provider will not be able to apply your voucher discount to a retreat product or service.
